Our Promise to You

We want you to love your Zephsom products. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipment needed. Simply email a photo to hello@zephsom.com.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, used sleep masks cannot be returned. However, if your item is defective or incorrect, we always accept returns regardless of condition.
